2 questions about pwo cardio
okay what should I eat after morning cardio(simple, high GIcarbs,complex,lowGI carbs????) and a shake or something like eggs instead.
My next question is when you should eat your next meal...like lifting(about an hour after pwo) or like a normal eating regimen(every 2-3 hours)

1st meal after cardio should be Pro/ Fat
2nd meal 2-3 hrs later
atleast that is what works for me

Its up to you what you want to eat after cardio, just don't do Hi Gi carbs thats for sure. A meal 2-3 hours afterwards is fine.

so something like 1 1/2oatmeal, banana, and 50 g protein shake would be okay or 1 1/2 cup oats, banana, 8 eggs (2 whole)

i have 50g oats/6whites + 25g whey, half an hour after morning cardio
