help
hey guys ...
im about to start my cutting up diet...
the only problem is meal one, i know what im going to have egg whites and oats (plain oats)
now what is the best way to have it??/
and to get bit of flavour cause im finding it impossible to eat..

Throw a scoop of protein powder into your oats....or splenda? i like the way they taste but thats all i can think of

I am from the south, so I have my oatmeal with my egg whites mixed in. I add "I can't believe it's not butter" spray and salt. In the south you NEVER put sugar or sweet shit on your grits/oats, or you get shot at dawn.
I love it.

i dont see how you guys put protein powder in your oats...gag and a half! oatmeal is bad enough without the protein after taste. IMO the oats are best with cinnamon and splenda. i cook my egg whites separate in a frying pan with spray butter and hot sauce. never thought about mixing it up...maybe i'll try swole's method in about 4 weeks when i am sick of my way

I tried the protein/oatmeal thing tonight for PPWO. It wasn't bad. Sweetened it a little. Normally I eat it with nothing, just oats and water.

Don't be afraid to throw a tad of honey or sugar in there. Not sure if you have Splenda down in Aus. but that a good sugar substitute, with some cinnamon you're good to go.

hey..... I take them like this......
first I cook my eggs and do an omlete....then after I eat my omlette....I take a bowl and put oats and a bit of skimmed milk.
I dont mix them in the same plate......I did it once... and it wasnt a very pleasant experience!!!!
