    Boiled Eggs

Who here eats em and what are your tricks? i try and eat about a dozen eggs a day whenever i can. either when i wake up or for a late nite snack. lately i havent been able to figure out how to sorta peel them. everytime i sit there and start cracking them they just fall completly apart and i end up wasting like a couple eggs at least. do yall have any tricks for this or any good things to mix the eggs with? the taste kinda gets to ya after awhile so thats why i use a lil salsa but any other suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

I think boiled eggs just aren't to tasty I only eat the egg whites and about six at a time is enough for my self. As for making them good I have no healthy ideas so I just eat them plain.

I eat 18 eggs a day, the whites only. You must put them in boiling water for 11 mins, this way its easy to crack them open, anyway works, experience is the key.I must say, egg whites are not that tasty, however, I mix them with tuna, or adding tabasco sauce and black pepper makes them more desirable if you like things spicy, just like my woman.

Peel the eggs while they are warm and crack the bottom first where there is an air pocket. If they are cold they can be tough to break clean. I only eat the egg whites. No flavor there so im with the hot sauce, red chili flakes. When I get tired of them I switch to egg beaters. No yolk's, make great omletts with herbs, hot sauce and they are great, and I never thought I could eat eggs that came out of a box.

I boil a few eggs for 10-12 min and then immediately I pour cold water them (I was once told this makes it easier to peel). Then I crack top and bottom or side mildly, roll it, and it comes right off for me. A little salt and pepper does it for me but I will try that tuna thing, sounds good.

    Yes they're quite nice!!!

I can eat egg whites with beetroot or tomato. I eat them with salady type things that I take for roughage and vitamins.
