    New Diet, Critiques Wanted

OK, so here is the revised bulking diet. I will leave 2 hours between every meal.
    Stats are 6'0 185, lean.

    meal 1 p/c: 8 egg whites, 1 cup oats
meal 2 p/f: Lean Ground Beef serving, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
meal 3 p/c: Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
pre workout p/f: 2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, Vegetables
post workout p/c: 1 serving Nlarge 2, has protein, fast acting sugar, and carbs.
ppwo p/c: Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice
meal 7 p: 8 oz chicken and 1 tbs. olive oil, salad
meal 8 p/f: 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 3 scoops whey protein, 1.5 tbsp flax. Milk.

Please, any help would be great.

maybe ive misunderstood the whole p/f + p/c approach...wouldn't it be better to make the pre-workout meal a p/c? from what i gather so far...i would loose the banana before bed. im kinda new to this too tho.

I think the p/c meal pre training is better too but some choose to do p/f.

That approach you have there actually looks pretty good I'd say as far as breakdown goes. Now it's just a matter of the amounts of all the meals and them supporting/addressing your goals. So, keep a good log and track your progress and make changes down the road as you see fit.

Might add more protein in meal 1... also when you say "lean ground beef serving" how large is that?

Your diet is almost flawless except for the pro/fat meal preworkout when it should be a pro/carb meal (preferably complex carbs). good choice for your post workout nutrition (i love nlarge2 after a workout because i can really feel it going to work right away)...why dont you replace the whey in your last meal with tuna fish and come up with some pro/carb meal for preworkout.

hmmm is it ok to have 2 p/c right after eachother, like meal 3, then preworkout? Or what about Tuna/Miracle whip/bread, like tuna fish sandwiches? But not with the fatty mayo?

Can you have 2 p/f in a row? I guess I'll just be digesting in class at that time, so shouldn't matter. THanks a bunch guys.

Soy is one of the few natural compounds known to man to raise estrogen levels... I'd avoid it like the plague.

OK, thanks. Water with peanut butter and whey? Sounds like it might be VERY gross. Also, it seems like a lot of people eat 2 whole cans of tuna at once, so I put that in, but people also say you can't digest more than 30g at a time, where 2 cans of tuna would be around 60g, right?

There's def not rule that says you can digest only a certain amount of Protein at a time. Thats not true.

I'm sure theres some people out there who can't digest more than 30g at a time... but everyone has a different rate of digestion/absorption. I'd rather shoot on the high end than the low end.
