Critique my diet please
Ive just finished a cutting diet, and now im going for a gain lean mass sort of diet, im not really bulking, just trying to slyly gain muscle whilst keeping the fat off. Im 59 about 195 now.
Meal 1 - 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg 100g oats
50 g pro, 60 g carbs
Meal 2 - Can of tuna, flax
40g pro
Meal 3 - Chicken breast, 100 g brown rice
50 g pro, 75 g carbs
Train
Meal 4 Pwo - 60 g protein powder, 60g dex, apple
pro 50g , 80 g carbs
Meal 5 - chicken breast, vegetables, 100 g brown rice
50g pro, 95 g carbs
Meal 6 - Can of tuna, flax + fish oils
40 g pro
Protein - 280g, carbs - 310g
