What do I need to add
This is my current diet to put on mass. It's not really helping. What do you guys think should be added, changed or taken out?
Meal 1
six large organic eggs
serving of oat meal
8 oz glass of milk
42g protein/50g carbs
Meal 2
Weight gainner (Prolab Nlarge2)with
16 oz of milk
78g/100g
Meal 3
10 oz turkey meat
1/2 cup of brown rice
50g/40g
workout
meal 4
Weight gainner with 16 oz milk
78/100
meal 5
some type of meat(usually like 12 oz of lowfat steak)
potato or 1/2 cup of rice
varies-50-100g/30-40g
meal 6 99% fat free ham sand with cheese
and milk
35g/40g
total:usually close to 350g/350g
by the way, Im 20yrs old, 5'10'' 201lbs, 6-7% body fat. just not workin

how long are you lifting and how many days a week? i am not sure about this...but it looks to me like you arent eating enough. i estimated that you are moderately active and with your stats and bulking goal and you should be getting 3500-3700 cals a day. i dont think you are eating enough of the right fats either. have you looked at the 'how to bulk' post at the top of the forum...it will help you out more. all i know is my bf is a hardgainer and he needs at least 5500-6000 cals a day to put on size.

I lift 5 days a week for and 1hr. to and 1hr 15min. Other than that I just go to class. I play like 1 flag football game like every 2 weeks. nothing else really. Do you think its easier to eat more often or more each meal? How many grams of fat a day do ya think in need? thanks for the imput.

For the last meal you could make it 2 cans of tuna and flax seed oil.. fat helps the meal digest slower. I'd bump the rice meals up to 1 cup and add some peanuts to one of them if you have room. 350g of carbs is on the low end, you'd probably do well if you upped it to 500 or so.
