    nutrition pre & post for softball game?

    Today is a liofting off day but just did 40 minutes cardio on empty and had 11 egg whites a a cup of oats. I have a big faculty v.s. student softball game at 6:00. How should I eat the rest of the day. I was thinking about another cup of oats and whey around 3:30 and then just having P/F the rest of the day. Any suggestions?

    Oh yeh, I am starting bulking and eating 2900 calories a day and have my carbs up to 230 grams on workout days and around 60-100 on off days. Plan to go to about 350 a day and 200 on off days.

    i would read the "unofficial guide to bulking" and the "checklist before posting a diet" at the top of the forum. then post again with specifics.
