fat free cheese in a cut diet?

IM currently cutting and was wondering if 2 pieces of fat free cheese would be good in a cut diet? Ive been having them with 6 egg whites, and a serving of turkey and oatmeal in my pro/carb meal in the morning. There is no fat whatsoever in the cheese, but there is 5 grams or protein. Good idea? im just wondering because its a dairy product and all. Let me know

When cutting I use cheese, but I use the FULL FAT variety. Lowfat and nonfat preparations have more carbs/sugars in them in a very horrid attempt to make up for taste.

The only fat free cheese I found that is decent is Borden (the amercian flavor)...it's got 2 carbs, 1 sugar 320mg sodium ...I don't eat it anymore because of that.

Part-Skim Low moisture Mozzerella is great. 5g of fat per serving about half of normal cheese but you still get all the flavor. Great with Eggs too.
