Muscle Milk increases your body's own production of creatine?

    I read about this here:

    http://www.cytosport.com/products/musclemilk.html

It says Muscle Milk has something in it that increaes your bodys own production of creatine.

So does that mean, if you take Muscle Milk (lets say before bed) that your body will produce more creatine naturally?

If you want to increase your own body's production of creatine, enter AASs. As for any supplement doing this I would also call BS.
