    Smile Bulking foods

    Hey, everyone. I'm new to the board and this is my first time bulking. I'm 22 6'4 and weigh 170. I'd like to know are the foods listed below good for this phase. Should i add something/take out?

    Fiber One Cereal
    Tuna (in water)
    Quaker Oatmeal
    Whey Protein
    Chicken Breast
    Peanut Butter
    Bananas
    Yams
    Turkey
    Pasta
    Fat Free Yogurt
    Eggs
    Low-fat Cheese
    Broccoli

    Thats fine. Personally i would ditch the low fat yoghurt. Get some flaxseed oil too.

    Why ditch the yogurt? Good protein and carbs in there. Just make sure its plain, no fat.

    Not in plain yogurt. That has no added sugar.

    il have to check for the no added sugar ones ...the ones i see commonly have like 15g of pure sugar ..what brand?

    Just find plain, no fat yogurt. It'll say 15g of sugar, but again thats sugar from milk, lactose, very very low gi.

    yeh plain yoghurt is very good. save yourself a pile of money, forget the whey protein you can easy get enough protein from meats, cereals and legumes, and if u still feel like your not getting enough use skim milk powder, it contains all the amino acids that are in whey and at fraction of cost

    I use to eat about 2 "low fat" yoghurts a day in bulking. I cut them completely out and noticed a huge difference in my body.

    i do this occasionally - yogurt, rice cakes, honey and some whey

    im addicted to blue bunny lite 85...it is no sugar added. it has 80cal 6g pro 13-14g carb and 0g fat. but i decided to lay low on the dairy for a while because i think it bloats me up. im having withdrawls...hehe

    he's bulking people, im surprised no one mentioned redmeat here, grab your self some redmeat bruh, and check the bulking stick to put it all togather
