my goal is to but strong and healthy, so i can start my first cycle for football... and i need to push ppl around so i need my arms alot bigger,

Bro I used to work at Bally's...one of the reasons I got out was because of their super cookie cutter approach to nutrition. That diet outright sucks. Anything that includes a company's products is just marketing hype. If you want real nutritional guidance I suggest getting some info from here and sites like t-n a t io n and johnberardi.com.
