How many tbsp for honey as PWO?

As the title says How many tbsp for honey as PWO? if im taking 45 g of protein

i dont know the exact nutrient label for honey, but id want dbl the carbs,

If you wanted a 2 to 1 carb/protein ratio, you would need app. 5 tbsp of honey for 45 grams of protein. 1 tbsp. honey contains 17 grams or carbohydrates. Make note though, this much honey will make for a very sweet tasting protein drink. Dextrose/maltodextrin would be a wiser choice. I will supplement PWO with 1 tbsp honey, the rest of my carbs coming from dex/malto.

4/1 is the most desired if looking to replinish your glycogen stores.
