im 20 yrs old about 180cm tall n weight 88kg i believe i should weight at about 75kg i traing 6 days a week for about 45-60min and do cardio 3 times a week after training for 30 mins. my aim is to lose weight and try and gain muscle at the same time.
i currently eat 3 meals a day
morning 500ml low fat milk with whey protien
lunch 2 sandwichs
dinner whatever my mum cooks usually high in protien and carbs
i want to lose as much fat as possible can someone plz help
