Quick Scheduling question
Finish training at 7pm, whey shake and 3-4 rice cakes (Slow-er) insulin, but insulin release none the less.....sleep by 9:30. I would idealing like to get in 3 meals after training including my pw shake. How soon can I have my last meal of protein and fat (cottage cheese and peanuts) after my pw shake? Obviously dont want the fats when insulin spiked.....or should I go
7:05 - dext/whey (or gatorade)
8:00 - oats and egg whites or whey again
9:00 - cc and peanuts.
9;15 bed
Too much? How would you adjust? Much thanks bros!
