    Quick Scheduling question

    Finish training at 7pm, whey shake and 3-4 rice cakes (Slow-er) insulin , but insulin release none the less.....sleep by 9:30. I would idealing like to get in 3 meals after training including my pw shake. How soon can I have my last meal of protein and fat (cottage cheese and peanuts) after my pw shake? Obviously dont want the fats when insulin spiked.....or should I go

    7:05 - dext/whey (or gatorade)
    8:00 - oats and egg whites or whey again
    9:00 - cc and peanuts.
    9;15 bed


    Too much? How would you adjust? Much thanks bros!

    Honestly, I'd just fit that Pro/fat meal in at someother time. Take you PPWO right before bed.

    I thought we went over this like 678 times before?

    There is no reason to eat THREE times in that small of a time-frame.

    Why are you constantly hung up on having to consume a fat/protein meal before bed after TWO LARGE INSULIN AFFECTING/GLYCOGEN REPLINISHING PWO MEALS?

    Really, you asked this NUMEROUS times before and we answered you with the same responses. You don't remember that?

    This may be a bit extreme, but if you SERIOUSLY want that extra pro/fat meal to add to your daily intake...dump some protein into a sealable bottle (I use an empty disposable water bottle, because cleaning is a bitch), have a glass of water next to that, and a handful of EFA's or Udo's next to that. Set your alarm for 11 or 12 and there you have it, a pro/fat meal (almost) ready to eat. You're back in bed before you know it.

    No dude, you need another carb meal. What the obsession with pro/fat before bed? Why is your PPWO before bed bad?

    if u really want it why dont u eat it in the middle of the night
    i sometimes have a whey/flax shake in the night when i'm bulking

    out of interest
    what on earth does cottage cheese and peanut butter taste like? it sounds horrible but i'm looking for new ways to incorporate my PB

    i find it quite amusing i have to say
    not a week goes by where i dont see another diet thread by flextowinny (or someone similar) that annoys giantz and SC

    no offence flex - so seriously what does PB and CC taste like? i'm too scared to taste it
