need help with pro/fat or pro/carb meal
I am bulking up and currently at 165 and here is my meal breakdown
1.pro/carb
2.pro/fat
3pro/carb (pre-workout)
4.pro/carb
5.pro/crb
6.here is where I am torn between the two I'm not sure what to make it
7.pro/fat
8.pro/fat
By the way here are the totals: Pro=320 Carb=395 Kcal=3500 Fat=70
I have 6 as a pro/carb, but someone told me I wasn't getting enough fat so I should drop the carbs and make #6 a pro/fat. If I do this I will be losing a lot of those carbs, but I thought I'd check with the forum for the best ideas before I make any changes. Thanks

I would leave the last two meals pro/fat if it were me.

So Swole, if I leave my last 2 meals pro/fat as they are now what would you suggest meal six be pro/fat or pro/fat?

I actually wouldn't be eating that many meals, only 6 in total myself. So for that meal I'd have "nothing".

not to high jack this thread. but referring to not eating more then 6 meals i personally eat 395g of pro, 395 carbs, and 88 fat. if i was to only eat 6 meals id be eating a ton of carbs not only pwo but in the morning as well. should i be concerned about eating 100 carbs or more for my morning meal? is there a number that is too high as far as carbs go for any one meal other then my pwos?
