EXPLAIN dieting! whats the damn difference
when cutting or losing weight what is the difference between eating tuna and well proportioned meals and fuken just eating cereal or some kinda sh!t food and! i just need this explained! i mean i hear some people say when dieting i eat 2000 calories of food but whats the difference beween 2000 calories of sh!t food and 2000 calories of good clean food! and does it make that much of a difference please explain!

You need someone to explain the difference in 2000 calories of good/nutritious food vs. 2000 calories of shit/junk food?

You pretty much answered your own question. Eat good/clean food get good clean results. Eat sh!t food and get sh!tty results. You are what you eat.
