ive been using this diet latly
I started mass gaining program mid august at 6 1 170lbs and 10bf at 19 years old, no cardio really, but im adding in now with mma training hockey and Pe in college...so here is my daily eats which has been working real well....any suggestions about it would be nice...
meal 1
1 1/2 cup egg beaters(egg whites), 2 whole eggs, 1 1/2 cup oatmeal.
Meal 2: PWO
Whey shake.
Meal 3: 4-8oz lean beef(96/4), or 99% fat free turkey meat ground, mixed with 1 1/3 cup egg beaters(egg whites).
Meal 4: My super shake:
2 scoops whey protien.
2 tbs natty Penut butter.
1 1/2 cup Carb Countdown skim milk.
Meal 5:
1 can tuna or chicken breast, with 1 cup oatmeal.
Bed:
Sometimes I get in another meal which is usally all protien. With school its best for me to get 5 meals in....any comments on my diet will be nice!!!
