kinda a silly question maybe but with all the hurricane coverage lately and hearing them handing out those ready to eat meals i was wondering if they make any of those type of meals that are healthy?

i was in the military and those f***ing MRE's are garbage. they are for soldiers in the field who are burning a million calories a day so they are all sugar and fat. Each meal is around 1500 cals. Plus, you are backed up for DAYS if ya know what i mean. oh yeah, did i mention they're disgusting?

i'd go with the microwave idea. or tuna is good...they sell them in those pouches now along with chicken and salmon.
