This afternoon, after running out of mayonaisse, I used Miracle Whip with my two cans of tuna. In the Miracle Whip, there are 40 cals, 3.5g fat(0.5saturated), and 3g carbs- all per tbsp.

The fat content is obviously much lower in the Miracle Whip, which is why I am wondering two things. First, is the fat, found in the Miracle Whip, not worth having in a PROT/FAT meal; and, also, should i worry about the carb intake from the Miracle Whip, or is the amount negligable? Second, I kind of like the taste of the Miracle Whip more, so am alright finishing off what i have left of it? Or should I "booker t" it to the store and buy some more Mayo.

Dumb question, I know, but I'm just starting to get the hang of a cutting diet.
