    whole wheat flour

    can you eat it i guess...raw? i was thinking of using it as a complex carb source for mrp shakes? anybody tried it or know if it is unhealthy to consume it without cooking?

    I use it for cooking... mainly indian food... but wouldn't eat is raw... you WON'T enjoy that, trust me!

    If you want a complex carb source for an MRP, use a Coffee grinder and grind up Oats. Taste isn't bad at all, I use it all the time.

    ahhh a coffee grinder! i have been trying to figure out a way to grind up oats forever...thanks!
    justin: lol i was under no impression i would enjoy it, i use it for cooking too. just tired of drinking oatmeal in a protein shake. just doesnt work the same

    i believe wheat is bad for your digestion anyways

    clogging up your intestines preventing food and nutrients being absorbed
