    3:00 AM shake while cutting?

    My last meal is around 9:30 and I got to bed around 11. I wake up almost every night to piss around 3-3:30. Would it be beneficial to have a 180 calorie shake at this time? I would use 1 scoop of whey and 1/2 tbs. flax because I am cutting. I do cardio every morning on empty.

    if you're cutting i dont think its a good idea

    Why not just time it so you eat your last meal before bed, thats what you should be doing anyways.

    You could have that bit of protein and healthy fat, yes.

    I do that as well, and I do cardio in the morning the same way on most days.
