Whey alternatives?
Ran out of whey for a few days and I blended cooked egg whites and about 8-10 liver tablets in the blender to liguide form. Will this concoction digest fast becasue of the liquid form or is it still a whole food? Also, hoiw detremental is it to have 2.5 fat (1.5 sat.) in a scoop of whey. That puts me at around 5-7 fat when I have my P/C meals pwo and any other time of the day.

Good question.... but you may want to mention whether you are cutting or bulking.
My whey has a lil' fat in it too, so I'm curious.
