what up guys im on a diet similar to the cutting stick have been for quit sometime now i have my normal cheat meal one day a week normally after leg workout, i was woundering on how to do a reefeed, with complex carbs do i just up my normal carb intake x2 and double my normal carb intake for the day?? :scratch:
