Balsamic Vinegar
i have recently established that Vinegar can lower the GI of your carb meals
but how does it do this? it seems that most of the carbs in balsamic vinegar are sugars
INGREDIENTS
sugar corn
dextrose
dehydrated corn glucose syrup
lactose
modified maize starch
stabilizer
xanthan gum
wine vinegar
concentrated grape must
colour sulphite ammonia caramel
- i havent heard of half of these ingredients but the sure as hell dont sound healthy - should i be concerned with these ingredients?

This is what I came up with for 1oz of Balsamic, I mean its really not that bad, I would continue to use it, just don't start drinking the stuff!

I just got back from the grocery store and found 0 calorie balsamic salad dressin with no carbs, 0 fats, 0 sugars. It tasts pretty good and is made by Walden Farms sold in the refrigerator section of the vege isle.
