Garlic powder, chili powder, pure crushed red pepper, and cumin powder...mix in with cooked brown rice, "pulled" chicken breast, and chopped egg whites. So good. Kind of like a healthy fried rice. Low sodium soy sauce or Yoshida's sauce for a little more flavor. I personally make it in batches containing the following:
1 box (2 cups) Egg Whites
12 ounces Chicken Breast (boneless,skinless)
1 cup (2 cups cooked) Brown Rice
Total Yield:
134 grams Protein, 74 grams Carbohydrates, 6 grams Fat
wow that sounds good...ill have to try it
