    Question USDA nutrient data false????

I use the usad website to check diffrent foods before adding them to my diet and after lookign at some people's diets posted here I dunno if they are right or not. For instance, a 4 oz chicken breast on the site says that it yeilds 35 grams of protein, but according to some diets here that dosen't even come close to that amount they usually have like 8 oz in place of that. Is the USDA a little off and if so where can check to find some more accurate data?

Here is that site by the way

Cooked or uncooked weight makes a big difference.
