Cardio Question
I have heard, so many times, that you should do cardio 2.5-3 hours after your previos meal. How can this be, if you are suppose to eat every 2-3 hours? I can't do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach due to schedule, so I would likie to calrify this.

If you do cardio your meal will just have to come after thats all.

make it a liquid fat meal aswell before 2.5-3hrs

shake and some flax oil..quicker digestion
