    Question cutting diet opinions please

    meal 1 50p 24carbs

    meal 2 50p 14 fat

    meal 3 50p 80c PWO

    meal 4 50p 24c PPWO

    meal 5 50p brocolli

    meal 6 50p 14 fat 8g fishoil

    Carbs 130
    fat 50

    NON-WORKOUT-Cardio days
    Protein 300
    Carbs 50
    fat 50

    Carbs-brown rice
    protein-chicken,tuna,egg whites

    PWO does count as a meal, the outline looks ok, I'd add more carbs to your PPWO, but these numbers don't mean much without stats.
