Thread: rice cakes?

I've heard a lot of downing rice cakes, but the only ingredient in my rice cakes is Whole Grain Brown Rice, and Seasame Seeds.
So who that constitute as having a similar GI as brown rice?? or no im confused ?

my only guess is the processing of the food makes it crappy for you...i know that a sweet potato is as high as white bread on the GI scale if you eat it mashed and hot, but then gets cut in half once cooled....so many things to worry about :-(
