I take in about 400 carbs a day and I have them for my breakfast, pre, pwo, ppwo and the meal folowing my ppwo. No I'm up from 7am-12am and I have my meals planned around my classes perfectly(I should say I have my classes planned around my meals ) Anyway I'm running with 8 meals and 5 of them are Pro/carb and 3 pro/fat. My question is should I have 4 pro/carb and 4 pro/fat and have my brekfast, pre, pwo, and ppwo an even 100 carbs or leave it as it is? By the way with the 3 pro/fat I'm getting a total of around 82-83 grams of fat.
