portion control while cutting
How important is portion control while cutting if you are eating nothing but tuna chicken and fibrous veggies. Can you eat as much as you want as long as it is super healthy stuff, or is it still neccesary to starve your ass off while cutting. Also does portion control also neccesary when trying to bulk as long as you are eating clean?

Come on dude, you can't go buck wild on healthy food and expect to lose weight. You need to eat healthy and you also need to eat less. You must consume fewer calories than you expend.

i eat 10 cups of oatmeal and 30 cans of tuna every day! im starting to wonder why i havent lost weight though....

just 30 cans??? pick up a food scale bruh there cheap and handy, once i started weighing my foods, i started saving more food hahah, mmm leftovers
