sushi is fine for cutting, actually its great, if i could afford to eat out it would be at a sushi bar.
i think its a good choice. but if your on a lower carb/ low glycemic carb plan i would save it for your 2nd pwo meal.
love sushi... too many carbs..

i have sushi for my cheat sometimes....but thats just cuz i eat a lot of it. :D it sounds like what you had should be fine though
Ok thanks so much guys! I didnt want to make that my cheat meal since i didnt think it was bad and i was looking forward to my pizza cheat tommorrow. I had it in the AM instead of my oatmeal. I wish i woulda thought to save it for ppwo but im sure ill be fine. thanks again!
