Hey guys I am going to be bulking until next spring, and I want to do it this time without putting on much fat. I was wondering what my macro breakdown shoudl look like? I am 6 foot2 230-235 lbs at 12%BF. I was thinking along the lines of 400-450g protein, 400-500g carbs, and 60-80g of fat per day? WHat you think?
