To much fat/to little carbs?
I am bulking right now and I don't have time to post my full diet (it changes day to day anyways, but I always end up with close to the same numbers). I want to make sure my fat numbers are not so high as to cause additional fat gain. 29 grams of my fat comes from two tablespoons of EFA's. I also want your opinion on my carb intake. I think I should add maybe another meal with brown rice or whole grain pasta. Opinions please. My numbers are as follows
