protein
How much protein can your body absorb to the building of muscle tissue at every meal?
I´ve heard 30g and some say 50g, whats correct? Sure it depends on your size and so.....
No need to make my whey shakes 50gram if 20g of these are stored as energy.

No one can answer this correctly
There's just no evidence
Think about it this way though
Ronnie Coleman weighs 300lbs
He needs around 600 grams of protein
If Big Ron absorbs 30 grams per meal he'd need 20 meals per day

I think it has to do with what your body needs, Like Ant said, 300lb bodybuilder will absorb more then a 200lb guy, IMO. I shoot for 40grams every 3 hours, 7-8 meals.

your body builds up an ability to assimilate more protein, when you started eating more protein, u might take in between 30-40, you do this for af ew years and your body grows and so does your ability to assimilate more protein.. u can maybe take in 50gms and use it. it all depends on how long youve been doing it really. as far as storing protein as fat, or using it for energy, its a lengthy process and you body dont do it till it absolutly has to

I think it´s a whole lot of hard work eating like i do now and getting my 250-300 grams. Can´t really see how anyone have the time to make more food per day and work too....when your body´s grows and need more protein.
yeah well thats a differnet story,
