Food/Shakes - lose its protein over time?

A friend of mine told me that food, like chicken/steak, lose its protein once you cook it and put it in the fridge to eat a couple of days later. Any truth to that?

And what about shakes, I usually drink protein shakes/meal replacements right away but if I make it and save it for later, will it lose any of its protein??

You said change temp wise. What about cooking some chicken and then storing in the fridge and then re-heating it the next day or so?

He does actually, lol, but thats why I asked here just in case. Anyone know about the temp change theory though? Like meat from pan to fridge to pan/microwave still have all its protein?

unless u freeze it, the protein will remain in the same state as when it finished cooling, till decay begins. the cookin, or straigtening of the protein is what makes it digestable by the body, so if u dont cook it, you will not be able to utilize the protein in the chicken.. i think he means when you cook it to long, it loses some protein value..
