the macro's look good
60/25/15 is pretty similar to what i use on a cutter- although i use slightly more carbs
you might wana boost your carbs in your PWO shake
and if you wana have a shake before bed, make sure its casein protein
i personally would limit the amount of shakes - just one PWO would be sufficient IMO

I understand what you are saying about the shakes. I'll change that. What purpose does the cottage cheese serve? Just as a source of protein? I hate cottage cheese and would happily supplement it with something else.
