what do you guys think of drinking 2 PWS a day while cutting? I like to work my biceps and forearms at seperate times and i usually only take a shake after my bicep workout and not my forearm, my shake consist of 44 g of whey and 60 g carbs(from gatorade) as well as 15 g of glutamine all together its approx 500 cal per shake.thanks for any opinions.

I would ditch the glutamine after a workout and the gatorade, buy some dextrose its cheaper. Its all trial and error from there, I don't have 2 PWO's a day but if it works for you then have at it.

PWO you want the protein to get into your muscles to rebuild as soon as possible, glutamine slows the process down. Its good before bed to slow catabolism but not PWO.
