Help with cut diet on Off days?
Obviously there is no pwo and ppwo on these days so let me know what u guys think of my diet on off days.
meal 1 - 2 scoops of whey w/ 1 tablespoon of flax
meal 2 - 1/2 cup oats with 6 egg whites and 2 pieces of fat free cheese and 1 serving of fat free chicken breast
meal 3 - chicken breast w/ brocoli
meal 4 - protein shake w/ serving of almonds
meal 5 - 2 cans of tuna w/ fat free mayo and fat free cheese
meal 6 - protein shake w/ 2 scoops of whey and 1 tablespoon of flax.
Let me know what u guys think of my off day diet. I think i might need to add more carbs in the middle of the day but im not sure let me know.
