Plain is delicious! You can add splenda or sugar free syrups if you like.

I make cottage cheese patties. Whole Oats, cottage cheese, eggs,(onions, salt pepper, parsley, to taste) bake in oven until golden brown on both sides. My son's love these and you can use low fat cc or whatever you want. You can make a batch and take them cold for snacks

Cottage cheese straight is the f*cking bomb.
I can eat like a lb. of that stuff, too bad I only eat it when I don't care about dieting.
I exclude all dairy when I diet, that is just a PERSONAL choice.

Mostly I eat it plain.
Sometimes i toss in almonds/sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds if i'm shooting for a pro/fat meal.
Sometimes oatmeal and sugar-free jam...when i'm shooting for a pro/carb meal.
Offseason...i just empy a tub between a loaf of bread and down that sucker...

Lucky for me, I'm able to down it like nothing, straight out of the container, yummmm
However, I've also had it with fruit, specifically apples. It tastes really good with apples, as you have that sort of opposites mixing, sweet/sour sort of taste. Yummmm...

put some fat free cottage cheese in a blender with oats and dump in some sugar free cheese cake flavored pudding. add some splenda if you want. tastes just like cheese cake. you could even pour it over a couple fat free graham crackers. add some clear sugar free gelatin and put it in the fridge over some of them graham crackers and pull it out later and it is a little firmer just like real cheese cake. damn good. you could leave out the oats but i eat it with my protein/carb meals so the oats add extra low gi carbs.
