What dose everyone have for their pre-workout meal? I've heard some pretty intresting ones in the past.

Two scoops whey and 1/2 cup or cup oats depending on if I'm bulking or cutting, then lift an hour later.

i usually have 1/2 cup of whey and about 30 grams worth of protein egg whites, cold cuts last nights dinner etc

I have about 2/3 cup of brown rice/black beans and half a chicken breast, about 45 minutes before the workout.

As a rule of thumb, while bulking, is it best to have a pro/fat or pro/carb before working out?
I've been eating pro/fat about an hour before. Usually some egg whites and flax, but now I'm curious.....

In my opinion I think carbs before a workout is essential just my thoughts. CARBS=Energy
