I eat the brown sugar cinnamon packets. Something like that at least. I couldn't choke down plain oatmeal.
Flavored outmeal just has more sugar. So not ideal to eat while cutting. Ok for a bulk IMO.
Plain oats are best for you if you can eat olm.
I mix real oats in with my strawberry protein, tastes fine.

I sometimes by SugarFree peanut butter and strawberry flavor, and mix.

add egg whites and chocolate whey, sometimes with some fresh fruit (blueberries/banana)
i served this up for my mum the other day - she loved it
ya i can eat either plain oats dont bother me im a really plain eater. But i have been eating some of the flavored ones since i had them. Just wasnt sure if it mattered
