    Oatmeal regular or packet

    Oatmeal which one the plain oats or the little packets with like cinnamon apple and all that flavoring?? Cause i know that i can add stuff to the plain oatmeal so is this the same thing??

    I eat the brown sugar cinnamon packets. Something like that at least. I couldn't choke down plain oatmeal.

    Flavored outmeal just has more sugar. So not ideal to eat while cutting. Ok for a bulk IMO.

    I mix real oats in with my strawberry protein, tastes fine.

    I tried to protein/oats gimmik once, it was all fu*king nasty, how do u do it?

    You just have to be more creative.

    Add some brown sugar twin, perhaps some cinnamon. Try adding sugar free flavored syrups...raspberry, strawberry, caramel...you can find them at coffee shops, or even some supplement stores, or gyms that sell items.

    regular oats all the way baby - i love em

    add egg whites and chocolate whey, sometimes with some fresh fruit (blueberries/banana)

    i served this up for my mum the other day - she loved it

    ya i can eat either plain oats dont bother me im a really plain eater. But i have been eating some of the flavored ones since i had them. Just wasnt sure if it mattered
