    Need nutrition info on 7oz Roast beef PLEASE

    I am keeping track of my daily intake of calories/fat/carbs/protein. I just ate 7oz of roast beef with my dinner. It is a lean cut. I would like a rough estimate of the amount of protein/calories/fat. This does not need to be exact, just an estimate will do. Thanks!
