    new cutter please advise this one

    what you guys think of this diet im thinking of switching too??? any suggestions or changes would be greatly app.


    meal1-1scoop why/flax

    meal2-10 eggwhites/ 1/2 cup oats

    meal3-1 can tuna/olive oil/2 cup veggies

    workout
    PWO-2 scoop whey/ 1/2 cup instant oats

    meal4-8 oz chicken/ 1 cup brown rice/2 cup veggies

    meal5- 8oz lean protein/ olive oil/2 cup veggies

    meal6-2 scoop whey/ flax

    Depends what you're looking for Steve.


    I'm assuming that this is a cutting menu correct??? I cant be too sure I"m not sure of your stats and goals.


    I can tell you that's a dense Menu but not very caloric. Packin about 250-300g protein. (1000-1200cals)

    About another 250g Carbs (1000 cals)

    2 tbls Flax is about 22g Fat (200 cals)


    Correct me if I"m wrong on this b/c I"m not sure exactly what Shakes you're using. You're sitting on about a 2200 calorie diet which is exaclty what I was following this past summer. It owkred wonders for me and I hope this does the same for you.



    The only thing I would switch is Meal 1 and 2 for the reason that I wouldn't drink a whey shake on an empty stomach. I prefer that 1/1 ratio of carbs to protein using whole foods in the AM

    thanks joyhova what were you running man im just looking to spice shit up a bit been eating clean for like 8 months and gains have come to a hault today in having a cheat day to spike it up a bit but i need some help brutha

    It was a similar layout to yours as far as macro ratios and great food quality. I was "trying" to eat 3 whole food meals, 1-2 snacks and usually 2 shakes one of them being PWO. DIdnt really have much of a prob feeling satiated and no lack of energy.

    Instead of oats and brown rice I was eating legumes. ONLY b/c thats what fit my schedule. Its easy to open up a can of beans or chic peas and mix in a few veggies. I on the other hand only had 1 tbls of Flax. I was eating steak 1-2X a week and my snack usually consisted of Peanut Butter or an avocado. That was enough Fat for me

    I made some changes and this what I think ...

    yeah im working on getting dex, but in meal 5 & 6 i should take down some fat, you should not take down protein alone
