Hi there, im in week 9 of my 15 week cycle and i hurt my shoulder. Imnot going to workout for the next two weeks to make sure shoulder is back b4 i hurt it again. Should i keep calories high in this 2 week time im not working out while im on this cycle?

anyone know if i should keep my calories up and my diet in check in this 2 weeks off?

adjust them for what youll be doing, dont take it high if you arnt gonna be using them, youll just gain extra fat. id do what you can, droppin some things that use the shoulder.. id still hit some cardio and abs and calves, maybe legs if u can

feels like everything effects my shoulder for upper body, even when i work the bis.but your right i coudl work legs thanks for help deca .
