    Lack of energy,please help

    I lack energy when I train,Especially when I do cardio.How can I increase my energy in my diet? Any ideas would be a great help. Have been training a number of years never taken the diet Seriously,untill the last couple of years,so I`m looking for the perfect clean diet,I understand if I want to take my training to the next level,my diet will have to be the center of this, thanks

    Take some caffeine or an ECA stack.
    Or just have some carbs preworkout.

    or 160mg of t3,
    and or 20mg dbol 1 hour before you exercise
