HELP me out here.....starting cycle soon!
I am 76 kg with 10% bf..... I am going to start a lean bulk cycle in a month.........I am doing a clean diet......like the sticky lean bulk diet.
How many pro, carbs, fat and calories (roughly) should I be taking to get to 80 kg with minimum fat possible?
I am eating 8 meals a day (3 of them are protein shakes)
mainly consiting of chicken breast, turkey, wholemeal bread, rice, eggs, almonds and fish oil (fat)
