    Tuna in Olive Oil

    My friend runs a grocery store. Stocks Tuna in Olive Oil....its prob. the best you can get. It is really expensive as well but gives it to me awholesale cost.
    Is there anything wrong with eating Tuna in Olive Oil along as it fits into my diet?

    depending on how it fits on your diet, i see nothing wrong with it at all. use it as a great protein/fat meal.

    thanks bro's..yeah i take in about 80-100g of Fat and i make sure it fits into there. Yes I do use it as a pro/fat meal.
